My apologies for not posting this week. I have been super sick and haven't got anything done. This smoothie recipe is super simple to make. It's a great way to start your day or have as an afternoon snack.
It fights aging, boosts energy and improves digestion and skin tone. I'm drinking it today because it also boosts the immune system and is kid friendly!
1 handful of spinach 1 handful of kale 1 apple - cut 1 cup of water/ coconut water 1/2 cup mango 1 small banana 2tbs of avocado 1/2 cup of pineapple 1/2 cup broccoli 3tbs of ground chai seeds
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth.
It doesn't look pretty but it sure tastes good!
This is what I like in my green smoothie, but you can add any number of the following foods to it.
Apples Mango Banana Pineapple Green tea Kiwi Broccoli Spinach Kale Avocado Barley greens Wheat grass Garlic Chai seeds Flax seeds Hemp seeds Artichoke
