Entries for the 2019 Awards are open until 9am PST May 7th, 2019 . Entries must be received on or before this date and time to be accepted into judging for the awards.
Entry into the awards is at a cost of $20 USD per entry, payable via PayPal accounts or credit cards.
Entries are open to all Mothers worldwide.
Entrants must be following @habitatschoolhouse, @charlottelaila & @kindred.mag on Instagram in order to qualify. If the entrant doesn’t have an Instagram they are required to email this information to email@example.com prior to May 7th 2019.
Projects may be submitted multiple times in different categories. This must be specified on the entry form. Only qualifying entries may be submitted in each category, and judges reserve the right to move your entry to a different category if we feel it’s more relevant.
Each entries must fit into a category. If an entry deemed by the judges to not meet the criteria of a category will be deemed invalid.
By ticking the box on the entry form, all entrants warrant that they have permission from all parties, including copyright holders and collaborators, allowing Habitat Schoolhouse and Kindred magazine to publish works submitted in any form they deem appropriate as part of the Awards program, the Habitat Schoolhouse website, relevant editions of Kindred magazine, both physical and soft copy, and all associated promotional activities and publicity, without limitation.
In the event that the minimum number of entries is not met (20 entries) the contest will be extended until the minimum number of entries is fulfilled.
By ticking the box on the entry form, you indemnify Habitat Schoolhouse and its employees, agents and supporting partners from any liability for wrongful use or misrepresentation of the works submitted. You assert that you are the author of the work and own the intellectual and moral rights to the work under the Copyright Act. Wrongful assertion of such rights will render the entry invalid and the entrant accepts all liability for any claim for damages or loss resulting from such wrongful assertion.
In the event that an award winner is subsequently found to breach the terms and conditions of entry, their work may be ruled invalid and the award deemed null and void. The entrant will be liable for any costs incurred and must return any prize(s) received.
All judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into relating to the judging process or the outcome.
Privacy Information – Habitat Schoolhouse maintain a database of registered details. We may send you promotional material in relation to Habitat Schoolhouse, Kindred Magazine or on behalf of companies that support Habitat Schoolhouse.
Terms and conditions may be amended, deleted or added from time to time at our discretion and we will publish the revised terms and conditions on the Habitat Schoolhouse website (www.charlottelaila.com) in a timely manner. By submitting your entry you agree to the full terms and conditions so please read them carefully.
