We are currently working on creating a Kindergarten curriculum. It’s estimated release is August 2019.
+ What is inclued in the preschool curriculum?
This curriculum includes over 800 no-prep lessons that are designed to:
- Create a positive attitude about learning and education
- Develop a love of stories and books
- Learn the letters of the alphabet
- Increase oral vocabulary
- Encourage an interest in nature
- Introduce structure and a healthy learning environment
- Learn shape and number recognition
- Develop healthy habits
- Create a well-rounded student who's ready to start Kindergarten

+ What age should my child be to use the preschool curriculum?
Our preschool curriculum is for children ages 2-5. This curriculum was originally created for our two-year-old with preschool age kids in mind. Many of the lessons are simple enough for a two-year-old to start learning the basics like colours, numbers, shapes and letters. The lessons are also more advanced for children who are 4 to 5 to help them prepare for starting Kindergarten.
This curriculum is perfect for your growing child whatever age they are before they start Kindergarten.
We also have other workbooks and a Kindergarten curriculum available for older children.
+ How can I keep my child's interest if they lose focus quickly?
A great way to introduce your child to structured learning is to keep the lessons short (from 5 to 10 minutes depending on your child) and have games or play time between the lessons. Have them work on tracing their shapes for 3 to 5 minutes then stop and play a game, then go back to finishing the shapes or move onto the next lesson.
+ What is the Teacher's Lounge?
Our Teachers Lounge is a membership for homeschooling parents. You’ll have unlimited access all of our resources, workbooks and more. You’ll also gain access to our private community group and our events.

+ Disputes with Habitat Schoolhouse
In the event that you are unsatisfied with your product, experience or service: 1. Contact Habitat Schoolhouse First If a dispute arises between you and Habitat Schoolhouse, our goal is to learn about and address your concern. We aim to provide you with effective means of resolving the dispute. Disputes between you and Habitat Schoolhouse may be reported to email@example.com. 2. PayPal’s Purchase Protection Program If you purchased through PayPal you may despute your purchase through PayPal. Habitat Schoolhouse is protected by PayPal’s Seller Protection program.
Your claim will not qualify for a refund under PayPal’s Purchase Protection program for an Item Not Received claim if:
1 You collect the item in person, or arrange for it to be collected on your behalf, or
2 The seller has provided proof of shipment or proof of delivery. If If the seller presents evidence that they delivered the goods to your address, PayPal may find in favour of the seller for an Item Not Received claim even if you claim you did not receive the goods.
With the nature of digital goods, the moment your transaction is processed you will be emailed a link to download your file and proof of delivery occurs.
If you are unhappy with your product, filing a PayPal despute will not resolve the issue. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to file your complaint. Note that due to the nature of our products, we do not give refunds. Compensation for your trouble may occur if deemed appropriate by Habitat Schoolhouse in the form of a temporary discount code on a future purchase.

“Business Day(s)” means Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays when Habitat Schoolhouse’s offices are not considered open for business. Holidays include New Year’s Day (January 1), Family Day (February 19, 2018), Good Friday (the Friday before Easter Sunday), Victoria Day (the last Monday preceding May 25), Canada Day (July 1), Civic Bank Holiday (August 6), Labour Day (the first Monday in September), Thanksgiving Day (the second Monday in October), Christmas Day (December 25) and Boxing Day (December 26).
